职位描述:
1、 Explore and develop potential clients with different channels andmaintain the good relationship with existing clients.
通过电话、邮件、面谈等多渠道交流方式开发拓展客户资源,同时维护与老客户的良好关系;
2、 Communicate with clients in several ways independently andeffectively and achieve the business targets;
充分发挥自主性与客户进行多方面即时有效的信息沟通,并寻找发掘销售机会完成业绩目标;
3、Optimize the service performance according to customer’srequirements.
提升个人职业素养,根据客户需求不断优化服务性能,为客户提供专业化的建议;
4、 Feedback the comments from the clients to improve the companyservice quality.
及时将客户意见反馈给公司内部进行完善;
5、Report to the supervisor for the process of following up withclients and achieve the business targets.
通过对客户持续的跟进,按时完成业绩目标,定期向上司汇报进展情况。
任职要求:
1、 Junior college above with CET-4, major in Finance, Economics orMarketing is preferred;
专科及以上学历,持CET-4证书,金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2、 Morethan 2 years in the forex field, have strong interests in sales and expectinglong-term development in the field;
2年以上金融衍生品行业经验,对销售有浓厚兴趣,并期望在行业内长期发展;
3、 Energetic, positive personality, good communication ability andskills, strong ability of learning;
性格外向,良好的沟通能力及技巧,具备较强的学习能力;
4、With Strong compression ability andrich responsibility, has ability of insights and react to the markets, have thecourage to challenge to overcome the difficulties.
