Accountabilities:
1、Complete the company’s monthly sales target and task according to the company strategy and sales plan;
2、Responsible for customer communication and management effectively;
3、Able to apply service skills, communication skills to solve customer dissatisfaction and complaints, responsible for developing and maintaining good customer relations;
4、Assist leadership to establish, participate in relevant policies and sales management system;
Requirements
1,Master the knowledge of forex in the international financial markets, passion for financial industry, familiar with the regulations and related policies;
2,Experienced in the forex industry;
3,Good negotiation and communication skills, have financial knowledge and strong ability of learning;
4,Strong expression ability, good at communication, can bear hardships and be capable of hard work;
5,Wide range of client resources is preferred, especially IB clients;
6,Rich experience in customer service and the strong sales ability.
