ASIC更新《投资者警示名单》，曝光39家无证实体

澳大利亚投资证券委员会（ASIC）为帮助投资者更好地保护自己，将原先的《不应打交道的公司》名单以新《投资者警示名单》替代，并于今年11月8日开始首次更新。

该名单帮助投资者了解哪些金融服务提供商不值得信赖。

在名单中出现的实体可能以澳大利亚金融消费者为目标，却没得到ASIC颁发的澳大利亚金融服务（AFS）牌照，不被允许在该国提供投资服务。

不过，该名单并非详尽无遗，即便没有出现在该名单中的实体也有可能是诈骗。

在11月15日至21日期间，投资者警报名单更新了35个无牌实体和4个“冒充者”的网站或联系方式。建议投资者不要与名单上的公司或个人进行交易活动。
