圣卢西亚金融服务监管局，全称Financial Services Regulatory Authority，简称FSRA，是独立的监管机构，负责监管金融部门。

机构历史

圣卢西亚FSRA于2014年01月开始运营。

监管职能

圣卢西亚FSRA监管保险行业、货币服务业务、信用社和国际金融服务业务。

监管目标

1）履行法规中规定的一般和特殊责任；

2）建立健全的金融体系；

3）增强市场信心；

4）保护消费者权益；

5）确保立法框架有效、适当并符合国际标准和最佳实践；

如果您对交易商的回复不满意，您可以联系圣卢西亚FSRA进行投诉，投诉只能以书面形式提交至 Executive Director, Financial Services Regulatory Authority, 6th Floor, Francis Compton Building, Waterfront, Castries

当圣卢西亚FSRA收到投诉之后，会在2周内告知已经收到您的投诉。进一步调查后，圣卢西亚FSRA会以书面形式告知其立场。
