AC资本市场：瑞士国家银行将利率下调至1%，SPX500创下新高

瑞士国家银行在通胀大幅下降后下调利率

瑞士国家银行（SNB）采取了高度宽松的举措，将利率下调25个基点至1%，从原来的1.25%降至1%。瑞士国家银行暗示，由于8月通胀下降至1.1%，低于预期，未来可能会有更多的加息。这主要是由于瑞士法郎走强后，进口商品和服务价格的上涨幅度远低于预期。此外，油价和电价的下降也促使通胀下行风险大于上行风险，导致此次降息。

消息传出后，0.85的枢轴点与下降趋势线结合，成为USDCHF的阻力位。预计价格将进一步下跌，测试0.84枢轴点的潜在支撑。

美国失业救济申请减少，标普500指数创历史新高

美国失业救济申请为21.8万，低于预期的22.4万和之前的22.2万，正面的结果推动SPX500达到极高水平。

当周失业救济申请增加最显著的州为德克萨斯州、纽约州、加利福尼亚州和乔治亚州；而马萨诸塞州、威斯康星州和康涅狄格州的失业救济申请减少最显著。

消息发布后，SPX500创下新高，价格突破之前约5650的波动高点。价格有望继续强劲的上涨势头，向6000点迈进。
