AC资本市场：英国央行暗示降息临近，英国股市创6个月新高

英国银行（BoE）提振了降息的希望，与美联储的立场保持一致。伦敦蓝筹股FTSE 100指数飙升1.9%，达到7,882点，创下六个月来的新高。与此同时，更广泛的FTSE 250指数上涨1.3%，达到19,741点，为一年多来的最高水平。

在货币政策委员会（MPC）会议上，英国银行将英国利率维持在5.25%，与美联储保持利率不变的决定相似。然而，在美联储周三表示2024年将继续进行三次降息后，英国银行（BoE）在最新的政策会议上也表现出更加鸽派的态度。值得注意的是，自2021年9月以来，没有MPC成员投票提高英国利率，但有一名成员投票支持立即降息。

英国银行行长安德鲁·贝利（Andrew Bailey）表示，他认为英国正朝着降息的方向发展，迹象表明通胀将在今年继续下降，2月份的消费者价格指数（CPI）已降至3.4%。

分析师预计英国的首次利率调整将在2024年8月进行，到2024年底将有总计75个基点的降息，分为三次25个基点的降幅。

在货币市场上，英镑对美元的汇率在英国银行降息的评论后出现下滑，兑美元汇率下跌1.0%，达到1.2651美元，兑欧元汇率下跌0.5%，达到1.1650。

在富时100指数中，重量级矿业公司因黄金现货价格创下新高而受益。其中，英美资源公司上涨5.0%，安托法加斯塔上涨3.5%，弗雷斯尼洛上涨2.2%。

此外，金融集团3i Group在其投资组合公司Action发布强劲的第三季度业绩报告后，成为富时100指数的领涨股，涨幅为8.7%。

接下来，Next以6.7%的涨幅获得第二名，该零售商发布了一组出色的业绩报告，利润创下了2023年的创纪录高位，达到了9.18亿英镑，较去年增长了5%。

在第二行，Tritax Big Box跃升2.7%，此前仓库业主和英国商业公司的董事会表示，他们已同意Tritax以全股份方式收购其较小竞争对手，交易金额为9.24亿英镑。

然而，Dowlais Group创下了有史以来最糟糕的一天，下跌了9.7%，因为GKN Automotive的所有者表示其当前年度收入将与2023年水平相似。
