AC资本市场：日本央行历史性决议未能提振日元，加拿大CPI疲软致加元大跌

加拿大CPI比预期低50%以上

加拿大CPI为0.3%，较上个月的0%有所上升，但远低于预期的0.6%。尽管高于上个月的数据，这一结果对加拿大经济来说是负面消息。

根据加拿大统计局的数据，导致通胀降温的主要原因包括食品杂货、移动服务和互联网接入服务的增长较慢。这已经是连续第二个月通胀低于预期，而更高的利率旨在降低通胀。

根据周二的新闻发布，我们可以看到美元兑加元（USDCAD）回撤到两条上升趋势线和1.36支撑位的交汇点，如下图所示。在100 SMA（黑线）的支撑下，价格很可能会在1.36支撑位处遇到阻力，然后重新测试1.35区域。

同样，欧元兑加元（EURCAD）上涨，遇到一条上升趋势线和1.4750支撑位的阻力。价格形成了一个小楔形，可能会突破测试100 SMA和1.47水平。

日本央行终于取消负利率，美元兑日元（USDJPY）飙升

日本央行终于取消了负利率和非常规策略，试图刺激经济复苏。这一决定是在日本企业联合会和日本最大的工会联盟——劳动组织联合会（Rengo）的工资谈判之后发布的。

临时平均基本工资增长了3.7%，高于去年的结果。根据日本央行行长植田和男（Kazuo Ueda）的说法，提高工资是帮助刺激国内需求和引发可持续价格上涨的关键。

在这一消息发布后，我们可以看到美元兑日元（USDJPY）迅速上涨，测试151附近的摆动高点。价格显示出强劲的动能，很可能会测试极高点以寻找潜在的供应位。
