AC资本市场:美联储维持利率，华尔街大跌，原油走低

周三，美国股市下跌，此前美联储正式表示现在可能是降息而非加息的时机，但美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔表示，考虑到“我们朝着2%的通胀目标的持续进展并不确凿”，任何改变都不是立即的。

这些评论是在美联储开放市场委员会决定将美国利率维持在5.25%-5.50%的水平后发表的，与预期一致，现在焦点转向了3月份的会议，市场对于是否会出现25个基点的利率降低仍然存在分歧。

纽约的科技股业绩不佳也影响了市场情绪，而一家纽约银行的意外亏损引发了对地区银行健康状况的担忧。

收盘时，蓝筹股道琼斯工业平均指数下跌了0.8%，至38,150点，而更广泛的标普500指数下跌了1.6%，至4,848点，纳斯达克综合指数下跌了2.2%，至15,164点。

科技股纳斯达克指数的下跌受到了Alphabet股价下跌7.4%的拖累，因其核心Google部门的收入不及预期；而芯片制造商AMD的业绩预期疲软导致其股价下跌了2.5%，软件巨头微软发布业绩后下跌了2.7%。

最大的市场受害者是纽约社区银行（New York Community Bancorp），这家地区性银行去年从Signature Bank购买了存款，该银行报告了第四季度的亏损和股息削减，股价暴跌了38%，跌至20年低点。

然而，另一家金融股万事达卡（Mastercard）在第四季度和全年收入和利润大幅增长后上涨了0.9%。

波音股价上涨了6.1%，发布的业绩好于预期，尽管这家飞机制造商拒绝提供任何未来的指引。该公司正在应对本月早些时候阿拉斯加航空公司飞机发生空中事故后出现的另一波安全问题。

由于中国主要能源消费国的制造业活动疲软以及本月寒冷天气导致美国库存意外反弹，油价下跌。英国布伦特原油下跌了2.3%，至79.87美元/桶，而美国西德克萨斯中质油下跌了2.7%，至75.72美元/桶。
