AC资本市场：美日延续破位下跌、欧元兑美元继续上行

日本失业率稳定，工资增长压力增大

日本的劳动力市场在11月保持紧张状态，招聘比降至1.28，意味着每个求职申请有1.28个职位。由于失业率保持在2.5%的水平，雇主在与工会进行的年度谈判中面临增加工资的压力。与去年11月相比，劳动人口增加了56万，这提高了工作效率并支持了工资增长。 

因此，我们可以从下面的USDJPY周图中看到，跟随上升的旗形突破后，价格在上周形成了一个以145为支撑的针状内部条。自上个月以来，存在明显的空间，使得空头动能有望继续至138为支撑的水平。

EURJPY图显示了上升趋势线的突破和回撤。我们看到在155为支撑区域出现了多次摆动低点，因为自七月以来它一直是一个关键的支撑水平。

美国房价连续第9个月飙升推高EURUSD

美国S&P综合20房价指数增长了4.9%，远高于上个月的3.9%。该指数基于美国20个最大城市中单一家庭住宅销售价格的变化。美国房价在10月以最快的年度速度增长，我们在测量的20个城市中看到了19个城市的持续增长。

随着房价连续第9个月上涨，EURUSD的价格已突破了1.1的重要阻力水平，如下图所示。由于很可能在1.1水平附近的最近摆动高点找到支撑，价格看起来有望在12月继续上涨。
