AC资本市场：德国商业气候高度悲观，未达预期

德国Ifo商业气候指数为86.4，低于预期的87.6和上月的87.3，这对欧元来说是一个负面的结果。尽管经济学家预测出现了更多关于政府预算担忧的不确定性，但他们预测信心会增强。欧洲央行在周四将利率维持不变后可能减轻了一些担忧，但它也暗示借款成本将变得越来越具挑战性。

下面的EURUSD图表显示，欧元在周一发布后保持相对稳定。价格似乎有望在周五的内部条形图形成后回撤，并可能重新测试1.1的支撑位。如果价格突破内部条形图的低点，有可能测试1.08水平和上升趋势线，作为潜在的支撑位。

法国制造业采购经理人指数为42，远低于预测的43.3和上月的42.9，这对法国经济而言是负面的消息。自年中以来，下滑趋势持续，九月份私营部门产出迅速减少。此外，由于出口市场的减速加剧，新订单下降，推高了生产积压。

发布后，EURGBP意外上涨，测试了100天简单移动平均线（SMA）的阻力，看起来有望很快触及200天SMA以及0.8650的支撑位。如果价格能够收于200天SMA之上，我们可能会看到回撤以测试上升趋势线的阻力。
