AC资本市场：美元继续强势碾压，德国Ifo指数创年内最低水平，市场再次横盘

夜间，美国9月消费者信心从108.7下降到了103，低于市场预计的105.5。此外，基于消费者短期经济展望的“预期指数”从八月的83.3下降到了九月的73.7。从历史数据判断，预期指数低于80通常会在接下来的12个月内预示着一场经济衰退。

值得注意的是，消费者信心在所有年龄段都出现了下降，消费者普遍对日常用品和汽油价格上涨感到担忧。美国CB首席经济学家Dana Peterson表示： “部分的消费者表示商业状况良好，但也有一部分消费者认为状况糟糕。以就业情况而言，更多的消费者表示就业机会 ‘充足’，少数消费者认为就业机会 ‘难以获得’。”

在新闻发布后，EUR/USD汇率下跌了超过0.25%，维持了九月份的强烈空头趋势。

另外，在九月份，GBP/USD汇率的急剧下降趋势继续，我们可以看到汇率下跌了超过0.4%。德国Ifo商业氛围指数降至今年最低水平。

德国Ifo指数从85.8下降到了九月的85.7，达到了自2022年10月以来的最低水平。此外，整体商业氛围指数为85.7，略低于八月的85.8。

另外，欧盟在对许多俄罗斯的经济往来实施制裁的同时，也恢复从俄罗斯进口天然气，有助于保持商业氛围相对稳定。然而，欧盟将面临来自沙特阿拉伯、土耳其和巴西等国最重要的天然气进口国的日益激烈的竞争，这些国家正在采购俄罗斯天然气。
