AC资本市场：欧洲央行决议引发欧元回落，美国通胀预期导致标普下行

ECB（欧洲央行）将主要再融资利率提高25个基点，导致欧元/美元急剧下跌 

上周四，欧洲央行将主要再融资操作利率提高至4.50%，高于市场所预测的4.25%。欧洲央行的主要优先任务仍是应对通货膨胀，而欧元区总体和核心通胀率在8月份均为5.3%。

由于这是自2022年7月以来的第十次连续利率上调，欧洲央行对通货膨胀问题仍然高度警惕。 尽管自2022年达到顶峰以来，总体通胀率显著下降，但为实现欧洲央行的2%目标，该央行可能需要进一步削弱整体经济。

在加息后的新闻发布会上，欧洲央行行长拉加德表示，虽然投票委员之间存在不同意见，但决定提高利率的决定得到了绝大多数人的支持。 

从欧元兑美元图表中可以看出，在周四决议落地后，欧元下跌超过了0.7%。

美国通胀预期跌至两年多来的最低点，标普500指数下跌超过1.2% 

上周五，美国初步通胀预期为3.1%，低于此前的3.5%。

尽管食品和汽油价格上涨影响了消费支出，但消费者对经济前景的信心逐渐增强。3.1%的预期通胀率是自2021年初以来的最低水平，受访者预测未来五到十年内物价涨幅将保持在2.7%左右。 

这一消息可能会增强美联储政策制定者在下周会议期间保持利率稳定的信心。标普500指数在消息发布后下跌了超过1.2%，因为许多美国消费者难以跟上价格上涨。
