AC资本市场：欧元兑美元在欧洲央行利率决议出炉之际稳定滑行

美国市场周三表现不一，尽管美国通货膨胀率跃升至一年多来的最高水平，但波动性却异常之低。道琼斯指数下跌了70点（-0.20%），而纳斯达克100指数和标普500指数都略微上涨。

在标普500指数的11个板块中，公用事业板块再次领涨，这表明市场中规避风险的情绪仍然存在，市场对不断上升的通货膨胀保持谨慎乐观。

由于波动性低以及美元缺乏明确方向，大多数市场在夜间保持平稳。这也将交易者们带入今天的重要经济事件——欧洲央行（ECB）利率决策，将于澳大利亚东部夏令时间22:15公布。

从技术角度来看，EURUSD 正在1.06969和1.08477之间徘徊，相对强度指数（Relative Strength Index）几乎完美地站在35，表明价格水平目前相对处于饱和状态。

如果使用布林带（Bollinger Bands）指标的交易者，也会发现类似的信号——波动性指标显示随着价格行动减少，带宽收窄，但预计在欧洲央行决策后以及美国生产者物价指数（US PPI）数据公布后的15分钟内将会增加。
