AC资本市场：美国消费者信心指数大跌，华尔街大涨三连阳

周三凌晨，美国发布的消费者信心指数（CB Consumer Confidence）大幅低于预期（116），仅达到了106.1，并且也低于7月前值的114。在这份报告的背后，是各个年龄组消费者信心的下降。

在收入超过10万美元和低于5万美元的家庭中，美国消费者的最悲观情绪最为明显。然而，在5万美元至10万美元的中等收入范围内，信心相对稳定。

对此，统计该数据的世界大型企业联合会（Conference Board）的首席经济学家Dana Peterson表示：“2023年8月，消费者信心下降，终止了6月和7月连续上升的势头。对当前情况的评估在8月份出现下滑，主要是因为人们对就业状况的乐观情绪减退：说就业机会丰富的消费者减少了，认为就业困难的消费者增加了。”

XAUUSD

在消费者信心数据发布后不久，黄金价格迅速从1921.21上涨至1934.20，如上图所示。我们可以看到，在新闻发布的一个小时内，XAU/USD上涨了0.68%，投资者在不确定时期越来越倾向于寻求避险资产。

与消费者信心数据发布同时，美国的职位空缺数据从917万下降至883万。在新闻发布的一个小时内，EURUSD从1.0803上涨至1.0828，涨幅为0.23%。

EURUSD

有17.2%的参调者表示，企业状况“糟糕”，高于7月份的16.2%。劳动力市场表现出负面结果，40.3%则认为就业机会“丰富”，比7月份减少了3.4%。此外，在短期劳动力市场方面，有18%的人预期就业机会减少，高于7月份的15.6%。
