BMFN受FCA监管的问题？

我在FCA中查看BMFN的监管编号550785可是和其他平台的监管信息不一样 不知道这些信息说明了什么 是不是这个平台根本就没有在FCA中进行监管 而是FSA中监管 Notices: Other information: Where certain contact information is not available to the FCA, you may wish to contact the firm’s home state regulator (other regulator[s] within the European Economic Area but outside the UK) for more information.
