cannot withdraw from dsfx99.com

I send USD 4769 to a online trading "broker" dsfx99 as suggested by a "senior analyst" Mr Chan on whatsapp with HK phone number  85265895084. He was recommended by a "friend" I met on facebook.  The "analyst" asked to take 30% of the profit as commission. I was unable to withdraw from my account. I send email but there was no reply and there is no other contact method.  Please help me to try to withdraw if possible.  I have already reported to the HK police.
