Vantage FX扣除盈利关闭账户，给出的理由是不承认我的交易

This client contravened our terms and conditions. Therefore, we have stopped providing him with our service. We always replied to his emails and requests on time and provided him with investigation results, explanation, final decision and options for him to escalate the issue if he was not satisfied with our solution. However, it kept abusing our Customer Service. His statement about the way we handled his complaint is completely incorrect. We would recommend him to check all the emails from our company. If he''s not happy with our decision, he can follow the instructions in the email to escalate the issue.

只允许我出本金，盈利不给出，说我触犯了3.16条款，但给的链接中根本没有3.16条款，没有实质性证据证明为什么我不可以出交易后的盈利部分，一直拖延，找不到我的客户经理

Vantage FX平台盈利了不承认不给出金，封闭账户！而且又拿不出证据，并且不承认我的交易。

7月底开户，8月7日入金交易，期间申请过三次出金，结果收到毫无理由就出金被拒绝并且封闭交易者账户的邮件。期间没有任何人联系我，我主动与平台联系，反复发邮件打电话，但一直都拖延敷衍我，说我账户看上去没有问题，很快会帮我处理出金请会转交给我的客户经理，也有接线员说24小时内会为我出金。但每次打电话都说我的客户经理不在，之后我找投诉部门，他们又说投诉部门的人也不在。由于担心我的资金安全，我向AFCA投诉了VantageFX,他们还扭曲事实向AFCA说没有收到过任何投诉，之后又邮件说我触犯了3.16条款，可是给的链接条款中根本没有3.16这条。随便拖延找借口说我扰乱市场，可是我和其他澳洲两家有名的平台做对比，当时报价全部都一致，我可以给出充分证据而他们什么实质性证据都拿不出，还无故拖延不给出金！
