Taurex Unauthorized Deduction of $3,784.35 Profit

 

Facts of the Case:

 

On 08 September 2026, Taurex manually inserted a synthetic trade entry into my MT5 ledger labeled "CorrUSD, sell 0.10, 1.00 → 37,844.50, Comment: MA1-Correction." This price movement is impossible in any real market, and I did not initiate this trade. It resulted in a deduction of $3,784.35 from my account.

 

Taurex has already refunded my principal deposit, which confirms that they found no fraud or illegitimate activity on my account. Despite this, they are withholding my legitimate profit based on vague allegations of "Liquidity Exploitation" during the NFP news, without providing any specific server logs, order IDs, or timestamps.

 

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially confirmed in writing (Case Ref #212529042) that I was misled into believing I would be protected under UK rules while my account was placed under their offshore Seychelles entity. The FCA has no jurisdiction to enforce recovery over the Seychelles entity.

 

I have filed a formal complaint with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA).

· My case is also under mediation with **. FX110 itself has flagged Taurex with a "Withdrawal Difficulties" warning and a low user rating of 41.7.

I request FX110 to expose this matter and pressure Taurex Global Limited to restore my withheld profit of $3,784.35. I have attached all relevant screenshots as evidence.
